We are seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and serve all foods according to the menu in a safe, sanitary manner while maintaining a clean and safe work area within the guidelines in accordance with facility, OBRA, Federal, State, and other regulatory expectations.

The Cooks will be responsible for:

• Preparation/serving of residents' daily meals and maintaining kitchen area.
• Working in the dish room, etc.

• Ability to work in collaboration with the dietary team.
• Recent experience as a Cook in a healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with Cook responsibilities including setting up the tray line.
• Ability to deliver meal trays to all patient areas in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
