El Preparadors (Prep Cooks) are the heart of our kitchens. They are responsible for providing the best flavor in each taco and menu item that reaches our guests' palate.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare ingredients and menu item components daily to maximize efficiency and assist co-workers with other required prep duties when needed.
• Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction; ensure the work station is always clean and organized.
• Constantly monitor and maintain food temperature pursuant to Station Temp Log, before, during, and after service.
• Follow the direction of the Chefs, always striving to exceed expectations.

You should have:

• Flexible schedule and ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Prep or Line Cook.
• A positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Clean and organized with an understanding of DOH standards.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to learn, take direction, and work in a team environment.

Pay rate is $18/hour.
