Job Description

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef to join our team in Chicago, IL. This position offers a salary of $90,000 - $95,000, along with a $5,000 signing bonus and benefits. Relocation assistance is available.

As an inspirational and organized leader, you will ensure the overall success of daily kitchen operations, including recruiting, training, and food preparation. You will showcase culinary talents through the delivery of show-quality food while developing and empowering the onsite staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading daily culinary production and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Determining food presentation and creating decorative food displays.
  • Providing direction on menu development and creating distinctive specials.
  • Monitoring the quality of raw and cooked food products.
  • Managing department controllable expenses and developing the department's budget.
  • Creating 100% resident satisfaction through training and resources for team members.
  • Regularly leading team member meetings and establishing performance goals.
