Neon Tiger is a local bar & grill that offers great food, unique cocktails and an all around great atmosphere. This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Neon Tiger located in Byron, IL. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, designing menus, managing food preparation, and ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our guests. The Head Chef will also be in charge of staff management, inventory control, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards.
