Line Cooks Expectations:

• 1 year experience in the industry as a line cook preferred.
• Must be able to multitask well and have independent thinking skills.
• Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally and with care in a timely manner.
• Adjusts to high volume situations and is open to change.
• Assumes responsibility for all kitchen duties - Must be able to work independently and as a team.
• Must abide by all Food, Safety & Sanitation Regulations.
• Must be able to do food prep and have a working knowledge of a grill, flat top, sauté, and fryer.
• Open availability is preferred but not required.
• FULL-TIME & PART-TIME AVAILABLE.
