We are looking to hire a prep cook who is willing to learn what we do here in our kitchen and is reliable and hard working. The Fireplace Inn is a family-owned business that has been in Old Town for 52 years. Our employees are family also and would love for you to join. As a prep cook, you will be prepping with our chef all the food that we serve on a daily basis. We are looking for part-time or full-time, generally from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Pay is based on experience, but we are willing to teach you if you are willing to learn.

We are a small team looking to add a strong worker for our busy patio season. Looking to add a Grill Cook and Prep Cook to our team who is enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare dishes that have been ordered by a server.
• Responsible for prepping food, sauces, and meats for the kitchen line cooks.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a team setting and be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work in an organized & clean environment.
• Responsible for opening and closing your station the proper way by the supervisor's direction.
• Cleanliness is key.
• Must be able to take direction and ask for help if necessary.
• Must be open-minded to new ideas.
• Perform other duties as assigned if the need arises.
• Food Handlers Certificate required.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: $20 - $25 Hourly
