Job Description

Levy Sector is hiring for a position that offers competitive wages and the opportunity to learn and grow as part of a great team. You will be responsible for preparing food and serving customers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
  • Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
  • Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
  • Taste completed meals to ensure quality.
  • Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
  • Store, label, and date all food items according to policy.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines.
  • Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs as required.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
  • Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
  • Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Complete orders from steam tables and grill and serve customers at multiple stations.
  • Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
  • Resolve customer concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
