Job Description

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef with a salary range of $90,000 - $95,000 and a $5,000 Signing Bonus. This position is based in Chicago, IL - relocation assistance is available.

The Executive Chef will be an inspirational and organized leader responsible for:

  • Leading daily culinary production in preparation and production of meals.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation standards and regulations.
  • Managing department controllable expenses and developing guidelines for purchasing and receiving.
  • Creating 100% resident satisfaction by empowering team members and improving service.
  • Building and managing a strong team through regular meetings and performance goals.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A.S. or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
  • Extensive catering experience and high volume foodservice operations experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ServSafe certification.
