Food Production Associate - Join our team of culinary professionals!

To produce and maintain the quality of menu items assigned to your station according to the company's menu recipes and specifications. To ensure the company's safety, sanitation, and food standards are met according to recipes, procedures, quality, and timeliness.

  • Timeliness: Be ready to work at your scheduled time, in proper uniform.
  • Pace: Maintain a brisk and steady, organized work pace, minimizing unnecessary steps.
  • Recipe Adherence: Demonstrate 100% recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting with any production step.
  • Portioning: Accurately use scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards to maintain precise portion control.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain the kitchen and equipment to a "like new" condition. Practice "clean as you go!"
  • Productivity: Meet productivity targets, measured by both the quality and quantity of work completed within a specific time period.
  • Organization: Proactive organization of supplies is crucial, particularly before busy periods.
  • Teamwork: Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all OSHA guidelines. Support fellow team members as needed.
  • Safe Food Handling: Adhere to all safe food handling protocols and procedures.
  • Receiving, Rotating, & Stocking: Perform receiving, rotation, and stocking of food items.
  • Prep Support: Provide prep support to the team as needed.
  • Maintaining Stock: Stock supplies proactively before the rush.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
