As a cook, you will be responsible for:

• Cooking orders in a timely manner according to memorized standard recipes.
• Monitoring food production to ensure that quality standards are met.
• Maintaining inventory of the station and ordering stock.
• Receiving and preparing food orders according to memorized standard recipes.
• Coordinating orders for pick-up.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work station and storage areas at all times.
• Controlling waste by monitoring proper rotation, storage, and quantity control.
• Applying established safety and sanitation procedures consistently.

Important physical requirements include standing/walking for the duration of the shift, lifting, carrying, and maneuvering up to 75 pounds, as well as reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist.

You must also be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
