Job Description

The growth of Butcombe will see the creation of further Head Chef roles in the very near future. We are looking for talented Chefs to work alongside and support our existing team before taking on their own kitchen. Therefore, we are looking for a Designate Head Chef to join our family.

This role can be done over 3-4 days if you prefer! People want and need flexibility - we will help you achieve that! You will be cooking some of the best and most innovative pub food in the industry.

We take a collaborative approach to menu development, giving you autonomy over specials and events in your business. You will work with some of the best locally sourced produce and ingredients. We will back with you the tools you need to do a great job and have invested significantly in our kitchens.

We are ambassadors for the Burnt Chef Project fighting the stigma of mental health and working with them to train and support our teams.
