As a cook, you will cook orders in a timely manner according to memorized standard recipes. You will monitor food production to ensure that quality standards are met and maintain inventory of your station while ordering stock.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing soups, sauces, vegetables, roast meats, and cook-to-order items in accordance with established specifications and standardized recipes.
  • Receiving and preparing food orders according to memorized standard recipes.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of workstation and storage areas at all times.
  • Controlling waste by monitoring proper rotation, storage, and quantity control.
  • Consistently applying established safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ensuring proper product rotation, storage, and quantity controls.
