As the Catering Executive Chef with Restaurant Associates at the World Bank, you will spearhead the execution of exceptional culinary experiences for high-profile catering and events. Your role will prioritize flawless delivery, drive culinary innovation, and uphold the highest standards of safety and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all culinary operations and functions.
  • Lead and encourage a team of culinary associates to deliver world-class service.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus for catering and events.
  • Manage cost controls and monitor expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Purchase and manage inventory efficiently to support high-volume production.
  • Roll out new culinary programs in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams.
  • Ensure all safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A proven track record with three to five years of culinary management experience.
  • High-volume production and catering experience is essential.
  • Catering and event experience required. Culinary degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong background in managing cost controls successfully.
  • Ambitious and determined to grow with a top-tier food service company.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to compete and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
