Job Summary: As a Line Cook at Masseria, you will play a vital role in our kitchen team, contributing to the high standards of our acclaimed restaurant. You will assist in all aspects of food preparation under the guidance of the Head and Sous Chefs. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment. • Key Responsibilities:
• Taking direction from Head and Sous Chefs.
• Assisting in all aspects of food preparation.

• Qualifications:
• Experience in a similar high-volume, fine dining environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to maintain the restaurant's culture and mission.
• Willingness to work and learn in a team environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for food service.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Strive to present the highest quality products.

• Physical Requirements:
• Sitting, standing/walking, and climbing stairs for 6-8 hours daily.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting of up to 40-pound boxes.
• Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance (specifics provided upon hiring).
