Dog Tag Bakery is seeking a temporary team member with competencies in bread baking, rustic pastries, and desserts. The Seasonal Baker will assist with the production of our from-scratch menu of baked goods for the busy season. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated professional capable of working alone or as part of a team. The Seasonal Baker reports directly to the Head Chef and Sous Chef for the length of the project. This candidate will ensure the production of goods for large catering orders and that holiday baskets are prepared according to DTI standards.

This position requires availability Sunday through Thursday, from October through December.

• Maintain a positive, respectful, and clean work environment.
• Follow direction and recipes correctly.
• Abide by all Health and Safety standards, including CDC COVID-19 guidelines.
• Ensure all product is kept to Dog Tag Bakery standards.
• Maintain production and stock levels for stations.

Compensation: From $17.50 to $20.00 per hour.

• 1+ years of industry baking experience or culinary school equivalent.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certificate.
• Ability to take initiative and work well both independently and as part of a team.

• Must operate machinery in a clean and safe manner and report unsafe conditions.
