LONG SHOT HOSPITALITY GROUP IS GROWING AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOUS CHEF CANDIDATES TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

Longshot Hospitality is a DC based team of veteran DMV restaurant professionals committed to providing signature dining experiences built around world class food, ambience and hospitality. The group currently encompasses 5 restaurants: three The Salt Line restaurants (Navy Yard, Ballston, and Bethesda), Dauphine's in the heart of downtown DC, and the exciting recent opening of Ometeo at the Capital One Center in Tysons, VA.

We are looking for experienced enthusiastic Sous Chef candidates to join our culinary team. Excellent opportunity for career growth and advancement for the right candidates. Ideal Sous Chef candidates will have a proven track record of successful kitchen leadership and management, a strong culinary foundation, an unwavering work ethic, and a genuine passion for and commitment to guest experience and satisfaction. The position will be expected to work closely with the Executive Chef supporting kitchen operations while also bringing their own unique culinary perspective and contributions.
