The pay rate for this position is $18 - $20 / hour, depending on experience!

As a grill cook, you will be responsible for cooking grill and fryer items in accordance with Parkhurst standards and procedures under strict sanitary conditions. Your essential functions will include:

• Preparing all grill items to order according to the daily menu.
• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning the grill station.
• Preparing the service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Management.
• Checking the quality of food items, ensuring they meet standards of taste, appearance, and correct temperature.
• Interacting with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Following cleaning schedules and maintaining an open line of communication with management.
• Assisting fellow team members at every opportunity.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by management.
