Job Description

Seeking Sous, Executive Sous, and Executive Chef level experience for short to long term task force placements throughout the year. Chefs can choose to complete just one assignment or string together multiple for longer work, or take a break in between assignments.

Requirements:

  • Experience in high volume (serving 1,000+ per day).
  • Ability to self-manage, as well as lead a team of culinary and hospitality members.
  • Highly professional with a "Failure is not an option" attitude.
  • Strong sense of loyalty and dedication to the team.
  • Able to work 70-100 hours per week.
  • Must be flexible and willing to adhere to a strict code of conduct.

This placement is ideal for a chef looking to travel and escape the grind of a full time culinary position. Work hard for periods of time, and then enjoy time off, or sign up for future assignments.
