We are seeking a Cook to join our team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing meals, desserts, and snacks in accordance with the posted menu schedule while ensuring that all special diets and dietary concerns are followed. The Cook serves meals that are palatable and presentable and is responsible for keeping the work area clean, organized, and sanitized, which may include washing pots and pans.

The Cook knows health code requirements for food and beverage storage and hot/cold holding temperatures and maintains documentation. The Cook estimates and prepares food supplies to meet serving portions and maintains a safe, clean, and respectable work environment. Additionally, the Cook attends and participates in continuing educational programs.
