The Maryland Jockey Club operates Laurel Park, one of North America's premier Thoroughbred racetracks. The Stronach Group also owns and operates other well-known racetracks like Santa Anita Park, Gulfstream Park & Casino, and Pimlico Race Course, home of the Preakness. In addition to racetracks, the company is involved in horse breeding, wagering technology, and TV programming for the horseracing industry.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Chef at Laurel Park in Laurel, MD. The Banquet Chef will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, food service, and maintaining culinary standards for banquet events held at the venue.
