HOTEL REVIVAL is hiring for an Executive Chef.

Hotel Revival is a 107 key art-centric boutique hotel located in Baltimore's historic Mount Vernon neighborhood, home to 19th-century architecture, lush parks, iconic churches, galleries, restaurants, and cultural venues. It embodies Baltimore by showcasing local products, the city's history, and native cuisine. This award-winning property is internationally recognized for its commitment to the ongoing restoration of Baltimore and its success in social impact.

TOPSIDE

Take it easy at Topside, Baltimore’s favorite rooftop overlooking the historic neighborhood, Mount Vernon. Topside is rooted in Baltimore’s culture from a seafood-centric menu that features local purveyors and artisans, to special events, local collaborations, pop-ups, and seasonal celebrations, because that’s what Baltimore is all about.

BSIDE

“Let's drink to nothing in particular.” B-Side features a micro bar that specializes in spirit-forward as well as old-time favorite cocktails crafted with rare vintage spirits and local ingredients, plus three private karaoke rooms. An extended list of unique spirits is also available for pours along with a refined menu of small plates.

‘DASHERY

'Dashery is a one-stop shop for breakfast and lunch on-the-go as well as an intimate space where guests gather and take a quick break before carrying on with their day. Experience authentic local flavors from partnerships with Black Acres Roastery and Wight Tea Company.

Job Overview

An Executive Chef is responsible for directing the preparation, planning, cooking, training, and execution of all menu items and providing leadership for all outlets and banquets. The Executive Chef will also lead the planning and pricing of menu items, order supplies, keep accurate records, and oversee kitchen staff. The Executive Chef will ensure that all equipment and facilities are held to organizational standards.
