We are looking for an Event Specialist Chef to work with planners to customize menus that relate to the theme and feel of various events. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure that wedding events and food are executed at a 5-star level, while also adding a modern approach to dishes.

Your responsibilities will include researching and developing new ideas and menu concepts to keep in line with current trends. You will foster a creative culture within the team, encouraging growth, education, and retention.

This position involves hands-on training for all team members, taking the time to clearly explain the vision and end goals. It is crucial that you maintain attention to detail with all orders, prep lists, events, and the cleanliness of the kitchen, coolers, and back-of-house areas, as well as your team's presentation.
