As a Pastry/Bread Mixer, you will identify and select ingredients, and prepare and mix dough, cookies, pies, pastries, and confections. Each day, you will mix a variety of items, including breads, while adhering to a predetermined mix schedule. In between mixes, you will assist the pastry and bread teams with shaping, baking, and scaling. The Pastry/Bread Mixer must thrive in a fast-paced work environment while adhering to cleanliness and sanitation standards for the entire kitchen and dish area. Most importantly, the Pastry/Bread Mixer takes pride in what they do and is a team player.
