The Sous Chef position at Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill is a vital role in our kitchen. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection. • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and developing new recipes.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in managing kitchen operations, including scheduling and payroll.
