Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our team at CCL Hospitality Group, based in Chicago, IL. This role offers a salary of $90,000 - $95,000, along with a $5,000 signing bonus plus benefits. Relocation assistance is available.

The Executive Chef will be an inspirational and organized leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to ensure the overall success of daily kitchen operations. This includes recruiting, training, and food preparation while showcasing culinary talents through the delivery of high-quality food. The Executive Chef will work closely with the onsite staff to continually improve resident, employee, and client satisfaction while maximizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily culinary production, ensuring food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards.
  • Participate in menu development based on product availability.
  • Manage department controllable expenses, including food cost and supplies.
  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the client’s mission.
  • Create 100% resident satisfaction through effective team training and resources.
  • Facilitate team building and management through regular meetings and feedback.
