Prior supervisory experience within a fine dining restaurant or equivalent environment.
Strong knowledge of steakhouse cuisine and cooking techniques.
Food & Beverage and/or culinary degree or certification from an accredited Culinary Institute.
Proficient using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
