Regions Hospital’s kitchen is hiring for Cook position(s) that provide you a great work-life balance! The Cook position will perform food preparation and cooking tasks in the kitchen and café. This position prepares, cooks, supplies, and distributes food to various serving lines. This position also cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and work areas. Performs other duties as assigned.

FTE: 0.5-0.6; 20-24 hours per week

Work Schedule: Shift scheduled between 10am-8pm; Required to work every other weekend.

Salary Range: $21-$26/hour

• One year of professional cooking experience in a healthcare kitchen, restaurant, or catering.
• Experience with high-volume, high-quality food production.
• Short order cooking or institutional baking experience.
• Culinary education can substitute for one year of professional experience.
