Responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, washing dishes as needed and being a team player with sanitation needs, food production according to specifications and in accordance with Grand Casino’s specifications and standards.

Essential Duties Of The Position:

  • Follow all recipe and control procedures for prep items.
  • Adhere to sanitation guidelines for washing and storing dishes.
  • Assist in all areas of food production as needed.
  • Responsible for delivering excellent internal Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner.
  • Encourage mutual respect, dignity, and integrity with all Associates, by setting positive examples at all times.
  • Participate as a team member with Grand Casino associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with state health regulations.
  • Maintain stock of all necessary items.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
