Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on excellence, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of teaching and learning within the culinary team.
  • Manage P&L, food costs, and inventory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with management, colleagues, and vendors while promoting leadership, integrity, and team success.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve goals.
  • Ensure adherence to food specifications and standards.

Executive Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience as an Executive Sous Chef.
  • Demonstrated leadership, strong communication skills, and follow-through.
  • Background in upscale, high-volume polished dining within a restaurant or hotel setting.
