As a Cook at Bumpers, Simply Southern and Fresh Market, you will manage food production, overseeing tasks related to the grill, fryer, and other applicable kitchen equipment.

• Preparing and cooking food orders to meet product quality standards.
• Performing food preparation and portioning tasks.
• Operating the grill.
• Operating the fryer.
• Dressing menu items to order.
• Packaging all menu items and verifying product quality and consistency.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter-tops, and sanitizing food preparation areas.
