Cook

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cook to prepare food according to precise chef's specifications and brand standards. This critical role is essential to achieving our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

  • Provide guests with the highest possible experience in food quality and presentation.
  • Prepare multiple orders simultaneously to maintain efficient service for guests.
  • Maintain open communication between management and staff.
  • Ensure adherence to food quality standards regarding appearance, taste, garnishing, and product rotation.
  • Adhere to all opening and closing procedures.
  • Comply with all applicable health code regulations.
  • Expedite food orders efficiently during peak meal times.
  • Adhere to company use records, recipes, franchise and management company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), meat charts, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Take immediate action to address any kitchen issues.
  • Adhere to brand procedures for portion control.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Work efficiently in all kitchen areas as needed.
  • Comply with state and local health codes and ordinances.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or General Manager.
