We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cook to prepare food according to precise chef's specifications and brand standards. This critical role is essential to achieving our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
- Provide guests with the highest possible experience in food quality and presentation.
- Prepare multiple orders simultaneously to maintain efficient service for guests.
- Maintain open communication between management and staff.
- Ensure adherence to food quality standards regarding appearance, taste, garnishing, and product rotation.
- Adhere to all opening and closing procedures.
- Comply with all applicable health code regulations.
- Expedite food orders efficiently during peak meal times.
- Adhere to company use records, recipes, franchise and management company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), meat charts, and other relevant guidelines.
- Take immediate action to address any kitchen issues.
- Adhere to brand procedures for portion control.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Work efficiently in all kitchen areas as needed.
- Comply with state and local health codes and ordinances.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or General Manager.
