Service Team Member

Fazoli's is seeking Service Team Members to be the face of our restaurant and ensure a memorable guest experience. This role is crucial to our team, offering an opportunity to interact directly with guests and create a positive atmosphere.

• Cashiers: Greet guests, recommend meals, answer menu questions, process orders, guide guests to their seats, and thank them for their business. Maintain a clean and stocked front counter area.
• Drive-Thru: Greet drive-thru guests, recommend items, process orders, ensure accuracy, and thank guests for their business. Work at a fast pace to meet drive-thru expectations.
• Guest Ambassador: Ensure all dining room guests have a wonderful experience. Locate and deliver meals, fulfill guest requests, pre-bus tables, provide breadstick service, and maintain a clean dining room environment, including restrooms and condiment stations.
• Expeditor: Coordinate kitchen flow to ensure products are prepared, cooked, plated, and packaged efficiently and accurately. Communicate with kitchen and service team members to ensure food is served hot, fresh, and on time.

Kitchen Team Member

We are also looking for talented Kitchen Team Members to work in the back of the house, focusing on preparing high-quality, made-to-order food according to exact specifications.

• Kitchen Lead: Operate the steamtable, maintaining food inventory, and ensuring a clean and sanitized work area. Prepare dishes according to specifications and coordinate team members for efficient operation.
• Oven Coordinator: Ensure dishes requiring heating are prepared to Fazoli's standards, placed in the oven, removed when cooked, and delivered to the expediter for service. Maintain quality and visual appeal.
• Sandwich Station: Prepare sandwiches, salads, and pizzas according to specifications, maintaining a clean and organized work station, and keeping proper product inventory.
• Dishwasher: Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, and utensils, maintaining the cleanliness of the dishwashing area and removing and replacing trash as needed.
• Food Preparation: Prepare food products according to established inventory levels, ensuring quality and freshness and discarding expired items.
