In this role, you will be accountable for coordinating menus, purchasing, scheduling, food preparation, and plating for catering events. You will ensure a consistent, high-quality product with an appetizing presentation while improving guest and employee satisfaction and maintaining the operating budget. It is essential to meet sanitation and food standards.
Key Responsibilities:
