This individual is responsible for food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye-appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience: None
• Education: High school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Certifications: Jefferson: Food Handlers within 90 days of hire. Springfield: Food Handlers within 90 days of hire.
• Other: Excellent integrity, takes initiative, good moral character.
