Job Description

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef with a salary range of $90,000 - $95,000 and an additional $5,000 signing bonus. This position is based in Chicago, IL, with relocation assistance available.

As an Executive Chef, you will be an inspirational and organized leader responsible for:

  • Leading daily culinary production, ensuring food quality and presentation.
  • Developing and empowering onsite staff while delivering show-quality food.
  • Managing overall success of daily kitchen operations including recruiting and training.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Participating in the development and implementation of business strategies.
  • Managing department controllable expenses and developing guidelines for purchasing.
  • Creating a 100% resident satisfaction by empowering team members and providing necessary training.
  • Leading team member meetings and establishing performance goals.
