As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing each order by following company recipes, carryout procedures, and plating standards.
• Ensuring proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Preparing visibly appealing meals in a timely manner; delivering hot and fresh meals.
• Following recipe and storyboards to prepare and cook meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, and other foods according to proper preparation methods.
• Practicing and upholding health and sanitation standards.
• Maintaining high standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
• Understanding and complying consistently with our standard portion sizes, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
• Prioritizing food preparation so that all items for check are finished at the same time.
• Properly maintaining and operating equipment effectively.
• Assisting in other job categories as assigned.
