Job Description

Kikka sushi is looking for an energetic, hardworking, dependable Food Prep / Cook that will provide great customer service in the Whole Foods Market located at: 310 E. 51st Street, Kansas City, MO 64112.

In this Full Time with benefits job, you will work from 7am – 3pm with weekdays off.

The Food Prep / Cook will make sushi in advance and per customer's request. You don’t know how to make sushi? No problem, we will teach you!

The team member will also do prep work, prepare other Asian foods, and maintain a clean and neat environment while helping customers in a fun, fast-paced, exciting environment.

To thrive, you must show up to work on time and as scheduled, have a flexible morning and evening availability, be willing to work hard (this isn’t an easy job), and be patient (it takes about 3 months to get comfortable with the job). You must be willing to stick it out (not quit after a few days or weeks) and be able to work with multi-cultural and multi-lingual co-workers, some who barely speak English.

Pay is $12.00 per hour.
