The Armory Hotel in downtown Bozeman, MT is looking for a motivated and passionate lead line cook for our fine dining restaurant, Fielding’s. Focusing on local, seasonal ingredients with technique-driven execution, our food is very approachable and not fussy. Schedule is Tuesday thru Saturday, 2pm to close (9pm) plus break down and clean up.

You must have at least 5 years’ experience in from scratch kitchens, a good knowledge of basic kitchen etiquette and a desire to succeed and grow. This is a highly collaborative, professional environment.
