We are seeking a Salad Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine and thoughtful approach to executing brand standards in a high-volume steak house environment, with an appreciation for perfect execution and guest-focused service.

The Salad Cook will:

• Prepare or direct the preparation of salads served using established production procedures and systems.
• Ensure that the salad station is fully stocked, organized, and clean throughout the shift.
• Occasionally assist with the preparation and plating of desserts as needed.
• Follow proper food preparation and handling techniques.
• Store food properly and safely, marking the date and item.
• Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.
• Report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to the supervisor.
• Keep work area neat and clean at all times; clean and maintain equipment used in food preparation.
