About the Role

Great Western Dining at Southeast Community College - Beatrice, is seeking a skilled Grill Cook to prepare delicious meals. You will be responsible for creating dishes that delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery.

  • Essential Duties:
  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.).
  • Ensure dishes are presented beautifully before service.
  • Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
  • Ensure proper storage of all food and kitchen items.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Full-time hours also available for nights and weekends.
