As a Cook, you'll be a key member of our restaurant team, playing a critical role in ensuring our guests receive high-quality food and service. You'll help create a positive experience for every traveler, returning them to the road feeling refreshed and prepared for the journey ahead.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and presenting quality food to our guests.
• Executing prep cook tasks, including washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients.
• Performing grill cook tasks, adhering to line check sheets and guest specifications, ensuring proper plate presentation.
• Following all prep, freezer pull, and temperature checklist procedures.
• Practicing safe food handling, storage, and waste control.
• Adhering to all safety guidelines and reporting potential safety hazards.
• Maintaining equipment according to operating standards.
• Prioritizing work based on restaurant and guest needs.
• Building strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous food service experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Compensation:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
