Full-Time Banquet Cook at Wedgewood Weddings

In this vital role, you'll play a key part in ensuring each event is uniquely cherished by our clients and guests. Your teamwork, culinary skills, and engaging personality will ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the chef in executing banquets according to Banquet Event Order details and Wedgewood standards.
• Maintain a clean kitchen by following cleaning procedures throughout the day and participating in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cleaning.
• Receive deliveries from approved suppliers, ensuring all items are fresh, free from damage, and meet company standards.
• Operate and attend to carving stations and other food-service stations during buffets.
• Stock all food according to food safety protocols and FIFO procedures, ensuring everything is labeled appropriately.

• Experience in banquet, catering, and restaurant environments.
• Expertise in safety and sanitation practices.
• Thorough understanding of food handling and preparation techniques.

Important Information: This position requires regular availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as shifts of more than 8 hours and workweeks of more than 40 hours.
