What We're Looking For

  • At least 1+ years of restaurant experience, including experience as a busser, assisting servers, and running food from the kitchen to guest tables.
  • A demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Current New Mexico alcohol server certification.
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service by assisting kitchen staff and servers in relaying and delivering food to guests at the bar and restaurant, upholding Four Seasons' standards of excellence.
  • Be a committed team player, delivering service and support with passion to assist the kitchen and servers with food and drink delivery.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of food products and explore ways to enhance service.
  • Assist servers with additional tasks, such as greeting and seating guests in the absence of the hostess.
  • Anticipate guest needs, confirm satisfaction, and promptly address concerns and requests.
  • Deliver food to guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless service.
  • Assist with clearing and resetting guest tables.
