  • Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar pastry kitchen or hotel operation.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and strong production skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Valid US work authorization is required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Run the daily operations of your assigned station in the kitchen.
  • Assist in creating and preparing menu items and specials for the pastry department.
  • Check and complete all daily dessert recipes and production.
  • Communicate with the Pastry Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef regarding menu items, problems, or shortages.
  • Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain high-quality production and presentation of desserts and pastries.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.
  • Store items properly at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.
  • Conduct oneself professionally at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
  • Follow all guidelines for timely food service to guests.
