Leading NYC Gourmet Food Market and Caterer is seeking a Catering professional for our commissary in the Bronx.

Working at our commissary, in the Bronx, under the guidance and direction of the Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for the preparation and assembly of all catering orders. Demonstrate enthusiasm, teamwork, and dependability making all the assigned tasks in the Catering Department. Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation of all foods being produced for our retail operations throughout New York City and the Hamptons.

This position is part of a high-volume food prep production team. Some holidays, weekends, and overtime work will be required. Employment at Citarella will be contingent upon your completion and evaluation of a drug screen and criminal background check.
