What will I do?

• Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasks.
• Preparing ingredients to be used by the culinary team as well as creating high quality meals.
• Follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products.
• Balance prep work while ensuring guests' meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards.
• Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations.

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years’ experience working as a line cook.
• Knife skills.
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts.
• Experience working on multiple kitchen stations.
• Experience working a variety of positions in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
