The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef. The ideal candidate will be accountable for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food-related functions.
The Sous Chef will continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while adhering to budget guidelines. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high-quality product is produced. This role is also responsible for guiding and developing associates and ensuring sanitation and food standards are achieved.
