Your focus will be on working alongside the Executive Chef to revitalize the banquet offerings which range from intimate, upscale dinner parties to corporate functions for several hundred. Please be a "lead by example", creative Banquet Sous Chef with a minimum of 5 years experience. Exposure to quality, high volume functions with a Resort, Hotel, or Conference Center is ideal.
