Trilogy® Lake Norman is seeking an Executive Chef to join our Kitchen Management Team. The Club features indoor and outdoor pools, access to a fleet of boats at nearby Lake Norman, and a vibrant restaurant, The Foundry.
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and daily operations of multi-outlet kitchens and the kitchen staff. You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage and manage kitchen operations, including:

This position requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, and involves working in an indoor kitchen environment as well as outdoor events.
