This is a full-time on-site role for a PM Line Cook at the Embassy Suites location in Charlotte, NC. The PM Line Cook will be responsible for expediting food orders, managing project timelines, and inspecting food quality. Additionally, the role involves logistics management to ensure timely food service.

Qualifications:

• Expeditor, Expediting, and Inspection skills.
• Project Management and Logistics Management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
